At *BoldGlow Jewelry*, we take pride in delivering high-quality, carefully crafted pieces to our customers. Due to the hygienic nature and delicate handling requirements of jewelry, our return and refund policy is strictly limited.
*Returns & Exchanges*
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
* The item received has a *factory defect*
* You received the *wrong item*.
To be eligible for refund/Exchange;
* You must notify us and return item within 24 hours after items are delivered.
* The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Items returned without meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Change of mind
* Wrong size selection
* Personal preference
* Slight color variations due to lighting or display differences
*Exchanges*
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may exchange the item for:
* The same item or similar item of equal value
*Refunds*
Refunds are only issued if:
* The approved item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
All sales are considered final once confirmed, except in cases that meet the conditions stated above.
